I was incredibly fortunate to meet David at Hawthorne Medical Associates. He provided a wealth of information and guidance for my parents, especially my mom, as I had been struggling for quite some time to resolve issues with her Medicare Part A and Part B applications.

David quickly arranged an appointment at his office, where both he and Nancy were exceptionally helpful and reassuring to our entire family. They took the time to thoroughly understand our situation and worked diligently to not only straighten out my mother’s coverage issues, but also to find a significantly better plan for my father, who has a much more complex medical history.

Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation feel manageable. I truly can’t recommend David highly enough—he was an absolute lifesaver. I’m so grateful he happened to be there while I was waiting for my own doctor’s appointment.

I recently met with David a second time so he could help me find a supplemental plan for Medicare. He was thorough in going over the plans. I had been concerned about my budget the first few months of retirement. David helped me to choose a plan that will give me a free gym membership and a debit card that can be used to pay for pickle ball and golf. We had a hard time finding a plan with my doctors in network. To compensate, David found a plan with low deductibles. I am less worried now about my budget.

A great help to get my mother and father on the right plans. David was very knowledgeable and explained everything. If you are not sure on plans after 65 years old ,they are the people to meet with. I will be seeing them every year around open enrollment time for Medicare.

I highly recommend David for anyone receiving their Social Security & Medicare.
